What is “Premium + Sending” feature?

    I am a little confused:

    On your website you offer 3 features:
    1. Free: Free, limited to 2000 subscriber limit (Sending service for up to 1000 subscribers)
    2. Premium:
    – FREE, no subscriber limit (no sending service) and
    – statring at $149, no subscriber limit (no sending service)
    3. Premium + Sending: Price ?? for <1000 subscribers ?

    What is the Premium + Sending and how much does it cost?
