What Is "Secure Hidden Login"?

  • I’m new to this plugin. It looks like what I need. However, a few more docs would be nice. Perhaps an entry in the FAQ, even.

    For instance, I have no idea what “Secure Hidden Login” means. I need specifics because I am also using Add Link to Facebook, which allows a user to link Facebook and blog accounts to comment, like, etc., on Facebook, and it is hard to know whether or not it will interfere. Besides, I am leery to turn it on in any event if I don’t know what it does.

  • IAmMarchHare – No reply for 2 months. Not good. Gone underground for the winter? Try a Google search. For some help, activating Secure Hidden Login will hide your WP log in pages from wp-admin and wp-login.php. If you try to access these log in pages, you will find a error page instead of the log in page. To find these log in pages again, you will have to deactivate Secure Hidden Login.

    Really? You think I didn’t do a Google search first? Even if I did, how does it apply to this plugin? For that matter, how does your answer make it more secure? How are people supposed to login if the page isn’t shown?
