What is the basic server config for SEO & Plugin Installer to work

    Please can someone help…

    2.7.1 new install, Memory_Limit 128M, Linux, default install via cPanel, no other changes, re-installed 2.7.1 as recommended from a other post.

    I can’t get All in one SEO or Headspace2 working. I can load them and make the plugin active, but nothing happens. When I tick Rewrite Titles in All in one, I get a blank home page.

    In the admin section, the Plugin Browser/Installer won’t work. Clicking the link shows either “You do not have sufficient permissions to view this page” or HTTP 500 Internal Server Error page.

    My host has said their “server” is fine duh!

    Are there any other basic settings that I need to use as this is a fresh install.
