What is the best free WordPress theme to use for Real Estate? Can I use 2016?

When I search for themes in wordpress with the word real estate, none seem right. Can I use the theme twenty sixteen or is that more for a blog? I have never built a website before so this is all a learning experience for me. I have a plugin from my mls that will allow various searches and widgets. Can these be placed anywhere on the screen?
