What is the best image compression plugin?

  • Hi, I am starting to get a lot images on my blog and I never compress them. What does everyone recommend as the best image compressing plugin?

    I see a lot of downloads for wp smush.it but it also says it is only compatible up to wordpress 3.2.1

    Are there any other contenders I don’t know about?
