  • Likely the element we’re wrapping the astericks in is being set as a block level element (causing a line break) OR the label element has a predefined width that’s too thin for the text. It’s probably the former.

    Try this CSS:

    .lifterlms .required { display: inline; }

    Sorry didn’t want to pester you on it. Actually that css puts everything on the same line, the field title and the form field. Doesn’t look so good. But it’s not your job to resolve fringe cases like this.
