What is the ID

You need to replace it with the ID (= identification) of the form, in other words the form number.

And how can I know what number to use?

Itss the number that is listed int the list of forms.

And where do I find this id number?

i try [Form=10000] & [Form 10000]but not working.

Try form in lower case, not Form:

[form 10000]

I was working until I reactivated qtranslate, so I guess that it’s linked, anyone knows what could be the problem?

Ok I found it by myself, some html code added itself between the [form 10000] brackets.
