What is the "Manager" Role?

Hi,

“Manager” isn’t a default role in WordPress so it must have been created and added to users by a plugin.

You can use a user access manager plugin to see and edit the capabilities for that role.

The idea of plugin-created Roles is new to me. That gives me something to go on.

The interesting thing in this situation is that all Administrator users have been inadvertently deleted, so there’s no ability to work with the plugin that created this role. That will have to be the topic of another post…
