What is the maximum upload speed for google drive backup?

    My server has very high upload to google drive speed, but when I see the log upload for plugin , the upload load process is quite slow and only 500 files are compressed once. How can I change these two parameters? (The number of files per compression and backup upload speed to google drive is faster than the default speed)
