What is the point!

  • I was able to test BackUpGuard for the first time today when my website died. I had made a backup thismorning so I went to restore my website from today’s backup. But it didn’t work, it gave me a “false” error. What is the point of a backup plugin that generates backups that can’t be restored!

    @maretta, if you’ve not received any warning/error during backup process, definitely you can restore your backup archive. If you faced an alert with false message, this could be due to conflicts with other plugins. To troubleshoot this, simply disable all your plugins and restore the backup once again. I’m pretty sure everything will end up as supposed to. Please check this and keep me posted about your progress.
