    1) – How do I get the IDX to activate using your plugin so that I can display properties on my website ? What is the process?

    2) – What MLS credentials will the plugin need ?

    3) – Is there an ongoing or a one-time cost to do so ?

    4) – If yes how much ?

    5) – Which “Approved Data FMLS Vendor” do you use for displaying the properties ?

    6) – Can this plugin be used on most WP themes ?

    7) – Is this plugin SSL compatible ?

    8) – Is this plugin PHP 5.6 and/or PHP 7 compatible ?

    9) – Is there a difference in price for Brokers vs. Agents ?

    9b) – If yes, what features do Agents get? And what do Brokers get ?

    10) – I am currently with https://fmls.com . Will I be able to use your plugin ?

    11) – Do you cover properties in USA ? Specifically Georgia ?

    12) – I can install and configure this into my own website, so would still I have to pay anyone for “set-up” ? Or would it just be for access to the IDX RETS MLS ? How much ?

    13) – Will the following theme work with your plugin ? …

    Thanks for your questions!

    1. The Wovax IDX plugin has a free demo listings feed included. In order to activate the demo feed, navigate to Wovax IDX > Settings > Initial Setup in the WordPress dashboard, and enter the appropriate information. In order to display live real estate data from an MLS board, a Wovax IDX subscription is required.

    2. The plugin doesn’t require any credentials. Our internal MLS data system requires us to obtain RETS credentials from your MLS board, and then we activate a license for your domain name.

    3. We charge a monthly fee to serve the formatted MLS data to your website.

    4. You can check current IDX pricing on https://wovax.com.

    5. We don’t use 3rd party vendors, we would work directly with your MLS board.

    6. You can use Wovax IDX on almost any WordPress theme.

    7. Wovax IDX has been designed to use SSL.

    8. The plugin has been developed in a PHP7.1 environment and tested with PHP5.6.

    9. Same pricing for all ??

    9b. Same features for all. You can create listing landing pages, agent listings pages, search forms, etc…

    10. Yes, we can provide IDX to FMLS.

    11. Yes, we provide IDX to any MLS board that provides a RETS feed. Some boards do require an additional fee, which we pass on to our clients. Feel free to contact us with questions about the process and fees for a particular board.

    12. Our IDX has no setup fee. The cost of the MLS board varies (and is sometimes free). Let us know which board(s) you’re interested in and we’ll get you direct information.

    13. We don’t have access to that theme for testing, however having just looked at it, there should be no issues.

    14. The free demo listings feed is free for you to use as long as you want. Live real estate feeds are by paid subscription only.
