    What is the reason why the picture of commodity classification settings cannot be saved?

    Hey @tmin

    I’m not entirely sure what you’re referring to. Could you explain this a bit more please?

    Well, when I was editing the woocomerce product category, I found that the pictures could not be saved. The pictures could be uploaded to the media library or selected to edit the product category, but after saving, I found that the pictures could not be saved or were blank.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for clarifying.

    After testing this from my end, I’m not able to reproduce this behavior (see the screenshot for reference: https://d.pr/i/4lBwuu .)

    Are the rest of the fields for the category being saved correctly?

    Since this can be caused by a plugin/theme conflict, I would suggest checking if the problem persists when only WooCommerce is active on your site while running a default theme like Storefront.

    We offer a guide for performing a plugin/theme conflict test safely that can be of help: How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts

    Let us know how it goes!

    Well, I recorded a video as a reference, you can see it;

    In the video, you can see whether the picture is saved or blank when there is commodity classification,

    However, if you add a classified picture that can be saved, you can modify it again;

    Hi @tmin, thanks for the video.

    I understand you’re unable to add category images to existing product categories but it works as expected for new categories.

    I’m also not able to replicate this issue on my end which would mean it’s caused by something unique to your site. Could you please follow this guide to perform a conflict test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/ ?

    If you can’t do this on your live site, I’d recommend creating a staging site. If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

    Let us know what you find so we can help further.

    Hi @tmin,

    Hopefully, you were able to get this conflict sorted out. Since it’s been a while since we last heard back from you, I’m going to mark this thread resolved.

    If you have any questions or trouble, please open up a new thread and we’ll be happy to help out.

    Cheers

    Yes, thank you for your support; Because the website is in use, too many operations cannot affect the operation of the website.
