what is the variable for TO – (message body)

Hi,

I’m looking for the TO: variable (the one that appear in the message body).
I want to add this to the subject.

The problem I’m having is that some people select a department and a subject
that don’t match. (let say they select Sales dept and Support subject)
The support department will not receive the mail the Sales dept will received it instead. And also it’s a duplicated action.

If I remove the subject field I will loose the subject title and I want to keep that because the information exist and it is useful.

it is not possible to use subject prefix to display the TO information.

So I think this should be easy to retrieve the TO variable but I have not found it yet.
