What is the wp_redirection_logs table?

Have you open the wp_redirection_logs? What information is included there?
What plugins do you currently have? What is your site URL?

url sent_to agent referrer redirection_id ip module_id group_id

these are the columns. I have a lot of plugins, so it’s hard to tell which one it is.

The redirection plugins logs 404 errors. This table can become very big. You have a button to empty it on the redirection options.
