    What is wrong?

    1. If in “General settings” the “Script Insertion Method” option is “STATIC”, then the scripts will all be displayed in the footer section, regardless of the user’s consent. If he accepts, the script is displayed, if he refuses, the script is displayed.
    2. If in “General setting” the “Script Insertion Method” option is “DYNAMIC”, then the scripts will NOT be displayed, regardless of the user’s agreement.

    There are no errors and no warnings in the site.

    But it seems that in both situations the scripts run correctly, the cookies are registered.
