What is wrong with this code? Third page sometimes doesn't appear

The above code is to display all the child pages of one particular page. Now the problem I'm finding is that the third page sometimes doesn't appear at all. Then when I refresh it appears. I've used the same code for another page with a different ID and I'm getting the same problem with the third page. Sometimes only the thumbnail appears but no text. How can I fix this?
