    Here is an article I found on Yoast. Do you as the lead developer of TSF recommend to untick the options in your plugin’s settings or to keep them?

    Edit: I found this topic, but is that still your position or you have an updated one? (I am particularly referring to the homepage and archive pages, not comment pages)

    We made TSF in accordance with Google Webmaster Guidelines. The defaults are recommended sensible settings.

    The default settings are not a jack of all trades, you might want to tune it. It applies to all SEO plugins. It is not “set in stone” rules. Anyone who tells you otherwise lies. But yes, our position is still the same on this issue.

    TSF is a tool, you wield it.
