What kind of plugin can do this? [Advanced] [Support System]

  • So I essentially want a ticket system to be linked with a payment system. It would work like this.

    1. User comes to website, and selects digital product.
    2. User purchases the product.
    3. Immediately after, user is prompted to fill in a few fields of information.
    4. Ticket immediately becomes opened, already containing the information that the user filled out.
    5. Ticket is assigned to a support agent.

    Anything like this out there?
