What kind of plugins I need for.

Dear Community,

this is my first post and I need your help.

My idea is to build up a page for finding and booking free appointments.

I am using this template https://themeforest.net/item/listify-wordpress-directory-theme/9602611

This template is using WP Job Manager to create listings and to manage the vendors I tried out serveral Product Vendors plugins such a WC Vendors and Tour Operators.

Futher more I bought this damm expensive bundle

I am facing several problems:
1) I only can set up product in the backend so I need a frontend solution that vendors can set up their free appointment on their own. So I seek a frontendsolution.

2) If I set up a product for a vendor in the backend can create a listing in the front end all vendors see product from other vendors but they only should see their own.

3) This booking bundle has no calendar overview

I am considering to use this but don’t know how to assign it to different vendors
