What once was a great product, is no more.

  • After the update to v5 nothing is working anymore.

    • Dropbox can not be authenticated for full access.
    • The update for database or files cannot be turned on (after reloading the page it is disabled again).
    • The “backup now” option just refreshes the page, nothing is happening and no backup is being made, not even locally.

    What once was a great product, is no more ??

    Please fix this!

    So sorry to hear about the issues you’ve encountered after updating to v5. We understand how frustrating this must be, especially since you’ve relied on BackWPup for your website’s needs.

    We’re currently working hard to address these problems, including fixing the authentication issues with Dropbox and resolving the “backup now” functionality to ensure it operates correctly.

    In the meantime, you can revert to the previous version while we work on these fixes. You can download it here.
