what plugin could help me display videos on an old ftp server?

i’ve got this large ftp archive (dating back to the 90s) with 15 top-level directories and each of those has 3-5 sub-directories with various media in them (.mov, .flv. .pdf, .jpg etc).

is there a plugin that could crawl through this server and randomly display only a .mov file and either an associated thumbnail or poster frame on a refresh?
