What plugin for wordpress.com-Like ?

I want to create a membership in the style of wordpress.com for my customers.
I try to choose the plugin voucher and there is a lot that I studied, but none seems to satisfy all the conditions of my scenario, to part maybe ” Pro Sites ” of WPDev, but I do not like their model business, I prefer to remain free.Here is my scenario:
– 1 wordpress MU
– 1 WooCommerce?
– 3 plans of subscriptions (silver / gold / bronze) with expiry date and possible renewal.
– The chosen user his plan, joins > choses his sub-blod name > / domaine.com/ “blog-x” > pay
– The payment was received, the sub-blog is activated.
– At the date of membership anniversary, if the customer does not renew, the site is suspended. This option exists in WPress Mu.I thought of Restrict Content Pro 2.1. The system is done well. I saw that there is an add-on for WooCommerce, but he it manages only “discount coupons” on products. It does not seem to manage WooCommerce subscriptions (which we could imagined ??virtual product???)?
What do you advise(do recommend) me?

As I started reading I thought about another post in which I recently put a list of membership plugins.
But I realized you have probably tried those. When you say WPDev do you mean WPMUDEV?
Because I was going to suggest two posts from them that describe how to create something similar to WordPress.com or Edublogs.org
I know WPMUDEV is a paid subscription, but it may be your option for what you are trying to do.
