What Pos/Position setting is for?

Hi there,

The last 3 columns are Pos, Hits, and Last Access? What is Pos and Position setting is for?

I assume the plugin processes the redirection of all URLs in the ordering of this position, therefore, should I move ones with more hits to higher position (0,1,2,3…) and move ones with least or no hits to the bottom (lower position, 100,101,102…)? By doing this would likely help process redirection a few millisecond faster?
