What product data migrates from Shopify to WooCommerce?

I’m trying to find out if this plugin allows for UPCs to be migrated from Shopify to Woocommerce. I have the plugin that allows upcs on Woo since Woo doesn’t inherently support them.
Also, I have a huge catalog but all of my descriptions were written in html. Will the descriptions import correctly or will it appear with the symbols?
