    What role does a user needs to have to see unassigned tickets?

    I tried several.. but no unassigned tickets are shown

    Admins can see “unassigned” tickets – there is an “unassigned” folder under the TICKETS menu. They are unassigned because the system has no idea who they belong to. Under normal circumstances you should not be getting these kinds of tickets though. They are usually created because an email was received that was not properly tagged for some reason or was from a user not recognized by the system.

    OK… To solve this I set a new (unassigned entry) to make a ticket automaticly.
    Then it is shown to all agents..
