I installed your plugin on my wordpress site, connected facebook and twitter pages to Buffer, but when publishing a post, there is no cross-posting.

Please, tell me, what settings I should set so that after posting a post on my site, they would be automatically published on the facebook page.

    Thanks!

@fndr so when you connected to Buffer (and you have your Twitter or Facebook connected) you should still:

    * create a schedule on when you want items to be posted to social media
    * the posts themselves to be shared on social media.

The plugin doesn’t automatically generate any social media posts itself (yet), as we’ve seen other plugins use templates for auto posting and it just doesn’t give the type of content that sparks engagement on social media.

From your request though it seems that you’re looking for something that upon publishing a new piece of content it automatically shares this on social media?

How would you see a feature like that? That after publishing your post, you get a popup asking to write the content to be shared on social media?

Hey @fndr good news! It took a little longer than expected as we were first stabilizing some other features, but your request has now been implemented since version 1.3.0.

If you install the latest version there is an extra box with each piece of content (posts/pages/custom post types) that lets you immediately share your content to the social networks of your choice.

If you want you can also add the same message straight to your library so it will be added to your queue to be shared later again as well in the continuous loop using your library.

Sorry that it took a little bit longer, but happy to report it is finally fully integrated. Do let us know if there is anything else!
