What size should my Adelle Theme header image be?

Hello everyone,
I’ve uploaded a 400×100 pixel image for my Adelle header as the theme suggests, but the image is too small. Does anyone know what size the image needs to be in order for it to cover the full length of the navigation bar?

Checking the theme preview shows that the column width is 1020px.
Please check this screenshot to double check.
