• Ok, I made a header image with a size of 75 px by 975 px and it seems to work ok but I’m wondering what is the ideal size? I just took a guess at the 975 px.
I’m using the default template with header full width (menu below) and my screen res is 1024 x 768
I forgot to ask, does the padding also need to be adjusted?
    Thanks!

  • Investigate Root’s Gemini template. It centers itself within the viewport. Using Gemini as a rule of thumb, I’d make the header graphic around 770 pixels wide myself, and make sure that I used a wrapper division that centers itself. You can go to my site to see what I mean. It’s using the Gemini template. All my graphic banners (headers) are 772px wide.
    HTH.

Knotty if you need help with the Gemini template (it’s drop and go pretty much), let me know. Just send an email to me via the contact sheet. (I’m still having issues with my comments and the only reason yours appears is because I hand-edited it in MySQL! ??

Thanks joni, I’ll play with Gemini and see what I run into.
