What text do I need to include to pass the processing fee on to the client?

As a WePay customer, I was able to have my clients pay the processing fee. Now that I’m utilizing their service through the WePay WordPress plugin, I don’t see the option within the plugin to have the customer pay the fee. Is there a short code for it?
