what the file not showing on wp admin head

    what the file plugin not appearing on admin area and i run latest versions of wp and php on localhost..

    all i want is to know the dashicons of my theme elements file location because the load-styles.php does not allow me to know the right file locations and i’m not able to find the html elements and css ids classes location by inspect element debug there is noway to find where my dashboard icons and menu lists that based with theme files to know where they are ..
