    Hi,

I’ve only created relatively simple sites using WordPress up to now, but I’ve been asked to do one that will do the following:

Ability to add and edit products
    Multi Location Trade Login
Percentage Commission on each sale to be split at point of purchase on Stripe
Customers can pick from different locations
That order will be assigned to that supplier in that location
    Content Upload
    Content Migration and Content Layout

Basically the client will be selling a service online, and wants to look at the option of joining forces with other suppliers of the same service in other locations. A customer will be able to select a location and then order the service, and the supplier in that location will be assigned the order. The client will take a percentage commission, and the rest will be paid to the relevant supplier. (Also, I think the client wants suppliers in other location to be able to log in and manage the services they provide, based on the outline above, but I’m not sure – I’d need to check.)

    Where do I start??

    Many thanks for any guidance,

    WP.

All themes will do that, but we need to use plugins like woocommerce (or) for digital products EDD plugin. Or You can use any Business Theme.

I’ve just been checking out WooCommerce and its Product Vendors extension. They look perfect for what I need.

However there’s one thing that’s bothering me…. I’ve looked at the documentation, and the first thing I saw was in Getting Started with Product Vendors – Biggest Changes from version 1.0: “Only one vendor can be assigned to a product.”

Am I reading / understanding that correctly? If 20 vendors all provide the same product (or service, in my case) at the same price, I have to set it up 20 times – one for each vendor? I can’t help thinking I must be missing something, as that sounds ludicrous!

Can any one shed any light on my (mis)understanding of this?

    Many thanks,

    WP.
