    Hello,

I just started a WP site. I purchased a pro theme but the support is very slow. I’m waiting for their reply for a week. Since I purchased the theme I thought I would get a
better support. Is this normal wait time? What do you guys do when the support is so slow? Just wait? I think it would take forever to finish setting up my site if I have to wait for a few weeks each time…

Also, what if I can never get the answers I need from the theme support? What can I do? I assume WordPress does not support issues with third party theme developers, so I wonder what I can do if I want to get refund, etc, when I don’t hear back from the developer.

    Thanks in advance!

You might consider a different theme. ??

Commercial products are not supported in these forums. .

If you are going to travel the road of modifying theme, you’d definitely need a developer on team to help with various issues that will arise when you start editing theme related files. Better accept the theme as it is or think about hiring a developer…which you’d eventually need if you are planning to actually keep running your website smoothly.

Thanks to both of you for your advice!
