What triggers Capture Payment?

When we use WP functionality to change order status, it is not capturing the payments.

We are using the update_status of WC_Order
It does change the order status but this plugin is not firing off the capture.

I confirmed, if I manually set the order status (in WP Admin) it does fire off the Capture event for the cc charge.

What trigger do I need to attach-to to make this functionality work with your plugin.
