    i currently use wordpress 2.01.
    . i want to kno what happened if i upload wordpress 2.05 in my ftp.
    will it overwrite the old version
    and what’s the cause of it?
    does it effect my currently blog template or anything?

    btw, what’s the new function in wordpress 2.05?

    The only thing that would harm your new install is if you’ve made some hacks to files.
    Generally you don’t need to overwrite your /wp-content folder.
    Everything else will be okay unless you hacked a file.
    The main changes between versions is security fixes. You really should upgrade.

    then i will upload wordpress 2.05 into my ftp
    i’m afraid about losing my blog style
    it’ll be the pain if i start all over again lolz
