    Hello,

    Can you please tell me what will happen once i,ll reach the limit? will my account renew automatically after a month or do i need to upgrade in order to re-activate my account?

    i had submitted a topic some days ago regarding bots those have used 90% of my quota & my account was disabled. I was sure that after a month optimole will renew my account so i can keep using the services but it is still disabled.

    If you have exceeded the quota you will have to upgrade in order to use the account. We do allow for some margin before flagging the account as inactive and redirecting back to the original URLs. But if that is exceeded and the account is now disabled you need to upgrade, as we can not sustain this level of traffic for free accounts.

    No Thank You! that is kind of misleading, the email which i have got has not mentioned anything like that even i,m not able to find this in FAQ or at your website. The only thing which was mentioned in your emails regarding my issue was this

    If this isn’t the best time, then your free plan will be reset on 12-03-2020. Then, we will start optimizing them again just like before.

    No where mentioned that you,ll give a margin before flagging the account & even i have never asked for it. You can simply disable the optimization once i reach the limit but you have extended the period just to force the customer to buy premium plan which is quite unfair.

    Hi,

    I’m sorry for the confusion but we do reset the number of visits each month based on the date you have subscribed, i.e you have signed-up on 23th of the month, the quota will reset on 23th of the next month.

    Regarding the exceeding quota, we have the process detailed here https://docs.optimole.com/article/1008-what-happens-if-i-exceed-plan-limits

    Also if the quota is exceeded and you want to wait until the month to reset, you can turn the plugin off until next month.

    We try to make the process fair for anyone and build a sustainable product at the same time.

    I,m still not able to find anything about extra margin & disabling the plugin until next month to keep using free services in your article.
    You should be clear with your users, not everyone is smart enough to predict that company policy is different then mentioned in emails.
