What would this plugin be called?

  • I’m trying to search for a plugin for what I need and can’t seem to choose the right search terms. Here’s what I want the plugin to do:

    * Viewer makes one selection from a checklist
    * This determines which secondary checklist they are shown
    * They can make multiple selections from secondary checklist
    * A printable list of items is generated for them based on their selections

    I have experience with email contact form generators, but can’t seem to find something that, instead of emailing me the info, generates a nice printable list for the viewer. Any ideas on the proper search term for this would be much appreciated!!!
