    This year we’re suddenly noticing payments being timed out, and there’s really no error message to the user other than “Nets Easy error: “An error occured during communication with Nets. Please try again.”

    The thing is the logs clearly states what the problem is. So far “Telefonnummer” and “postnummer” has been the culprits.

    As the form doesn’t lead the user out of the error, I need to know exactly what is accepted by the form so I can inform our users.

    Can you please let me know or inform me where I can find this information?

    Have you been in contact with Nets support and have they been able to tell you any information from their side?

    Is this happening on all orders or just a few?

    Do you know if you have done any updates that might have caused this?

    I have indeed been in contact with Nets support, but since the orders doesn’t reach Nets easy they can’t help and when I meantioned wordpress they told me to contact you guys ??

    This only happens on a few orders here and there, but the behavior is new. We didn’t see it at all last year. If you put in a Phone Number like this: “070 – 12 34 56” the order will time out. If you put in a Post code like “123” it will also time out.

    The question is, what is acceptable input?

    I notice in your Changelog that you made some tweaks in version 1.24:
    “Tweak – Strip postal code/ZIP of potential spaces. Nets Easy does not allow this.”

    We have the exact same problem. Some users the the exact same timeout and they end up writing to our support.

    I had 3 timeouts today and one yesterday and six on the 24th. And several before that. And counting…

    Version 1.25.1 of Nets Easy is released today. Update and see if this helps you out with your problems.

    Installed version 1.25.1 and I had one time out today. The log doesn’t show that anything is clearly wrong and the user was able to make a buy not long after. Could be unrelated.

    I am getting another error message quite often in the log, but the buy seems to go through anyway:

    “DIBS Error Response: \”{\”message\”:\”Cannot overcharge payment. Reserved amount: 50000. Previously charged amount: 50000. Tried to charge: 50000.\”,\”code\”:\”1001\”,\”source\”:\”Internal\”}\””

    Not sure what that is about or if it is related.

    Still getting Time outs ??

    Unfortunately now I can’t see in the log what the error is (Except for the error message mentioned above).

    I can share log files, but not here.
