What's Going On With Latest Akismet Update?

Akismet used to be great. but over the last few months, a lot of very obvious spam comments are getting through. I am having to delete spams every single day now. Not sure what the deal is, but it is getting annoying.

The Akismet forum would be a better place to post this – as the developers will see your post there.
