What’s happened to your website?

I have a similar issue where every elements preview page shows me an advert for “Buy Turinabol in USA: High-Quality Supplements for Sale…”

I sent a message to the support team and included a link to a LOOM video, showing them the issue. The video has been watched but no-one has come back to me several days later.

I’m getting concerned now about whether to use the tool at all.

Yes. Unfortunately the site was hacked.
This is already resolved now. Please check.

Also to let you know, Exclusive Addons has recently been acquired by a new company.
With the new acquisition the service and support will certainly improve.
Please allow a few more days for the new team to take over everything.

It works on incognito. Link goes to root domain, not docs.

Hi, this is Tim. I’m the new owner of Exclusive Addons. We apologize for the inconvenience. The malware has been fully removed. You should see everything as normal now. Unfortunately this happened while we were transitioning the site and before we had installed our web application firewall.
