What’s the best webhost for wordpress

    grrr I am getting frustrated with godaddy hosting service- a lot of timeouts and lots of time wasted.

    What are some of the top hosts that are running some of the popular blogs?

    *not real big on hsphere as a control panel- my only real pref.

    I’ve recently switched over to https://www.site5.com/ and, so far, I’m happy. I’ve had no downtime yet and all email support requests have been responded to in under 15 minutes.

    And since WP is their preferred blogging platform, they also provide ongoing support for WP.

    I actually left host-for-web a couple of years back. Had lots of uptime and mysql problems. Of course, the next host I had wasn’t great either.

    But I’ve always heard good things about Rochen, and I’ve been with them for a few months now, and can’t say I have any complaints. When they setup a new server, there were some issues with the way PHP and mail() was configured, but I posted on their forums, and it was resolved in a day. So, I’m a happy camper. ??

    site5 is looking really appealing! They seem to really have their ducks in a row.
