What's the deal?

I’ve downloaded and am testing your plugin out within my new development site. My theme is Avada and so far I have created to stores and it doesn’t seem to be working correctly on the test page here https://galley6732.staging.wpengine.com/find-a-galley-showroom-gwebpro-store-locator-test/.
Neither cities yield any results and I’m not seeing a map anywhere? Any ideas?
