What’s the problem with Gutenberg?
-
Really don’t understand all the negative fuzz….
Do these naysayers prefer WordPress to stay behind with block-building and let Wix, Weebly, Squarespace, etc. take over more and more of the market?
Or maybe they think it is better to have 20+ different (mostly commercial) types of pagebuilders to choose from, which actually confuses a majority of WP newcomers a lot.
TinyMCE has been around since 2004 and most starters want more then a Notepad to create their website. Columns and more advanced settings are really needed to keep competing with the growing competition.
For everyone who doesn’t like Gutenberg; you can simply disable it, so what’s your problem?
