Works well. Needs a couple improvements.

This is such a handy plugin allowing you to create your own shortcodes and variables and reuse them anywhere on a web page. It’s one of my essential tools. There are a couple things I hope the author can improve on.

Under the snippets admin screen, on the right of each snippet title, there are two icons – a pencil and checkmark. While the pencil can be understood as editing action, the checkmark is confusing. I tend to click on the checkmark thinking it’s for saving the edit – nope, it throws an error saying a title can not be duplicated. The pencil icon turns out to be both things – edit and save. I’d say rid of the useless and confusing checkmark.

Secondly, I hope future versions will work better with Gutenberg editor.
