WhatsApp links not showing preview for some articles

    Hi, I am trying to send links via WhatsApp, but the link isn’t showing an image preview. I have already done everything I could with looking into old forums. I adjusted the size of the image and the dimensions to less than 300kb and 1000 x 551.

    My links work with every other social media platform, such as Facebook, FB Messenger, iMessage, X, and LinkedIn.

    My main domain works for having WhatsApp preview images (https://maxtiply.com).

    Actually, looks like FB Messenger only works when I message myself. It doesn’t work when I message others.

    WhatsApp actually started working now!

    Thanks for reaching out about your social sharing. Checking the specific post, I see that the Yoast SEO plugin outputs the Open Graph tags needed by Facebook. I tested on Facebook, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, and the image preview works as expected. See screenshot.
