I gave all permissions, tried everything, but it return this error even with the test number.

I tried to use the trigger when a message is received and it worked.

    Hi @danielspalma ,

Sorry to hear about the issue.

Is there any chance that you could send us a screenshot of the recipe, ideally with all details expanded (including any token use in the action)? It would be helpful to see what you’re trying to send over. If there are tokens, maybe you could send sample content?

    Thanks

Sure… how could I send you privately?

But in advance I say I already tested the number, the token is working, I can use it as an automation trigger, etc… I think the integration parameters changed so you will have to change your plugin. Does it work local to you?

    Hi @danielspalma ,

Apologies for the delay over the holiday weekend.

One of our developers had a look and he says it seems like you provided a WhatsApp Business Account ID in the phone field. Can you confirm those settings again and make sure they match with the Meta App settings? The error can also happen when there is no phone number ID associated with the ID that is provided. Just in case, a screenshot of the Meta settings here might help, but since it is private information you want want to send that to [email protected], referencing this ticket.

Just checked and I’m using the right Phone ID

Sorry, we’ll go ahead and mark this one as closed. This was addressed via our Help Desk and was confirmed to be related to the user linked to the recipe in the user’s environment.
