    Just installed the plugin and under Settings > Messages I can not disable the WhatsApp Template.

    My fear is that a review reminder will automatically be sent to a customer who recently purchased an item.

    How can I inactivate this function, please?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    The WhatsApp message can be sent manually, no need to disable the message template. The automatic review reminder will send the email only.

    OK, thanks for your reassuring reply.
    CusRev is great, currently I am using it for showcasing customer reviews with a shortcode, but will evaluate other features as well.
