Whatsapp tracking

I was previously using this plugin for my website and everything was working fine.
From one day to the next, it seems to have stopped tracking whatsapp clicks. All the rest are working fine.

Additionall, ALL clicks within my website, even normal clicks from the menu are suddenly being tracked as “external link clicks.”

Please advise.
