    Hello Team WPS Hide Login,

I am facing an issue since the latest update and note that I am using WPML plugin for translation. When trying to access the default language login page, users are redirected to the dutch login page. It works fine as soon as I deactivate WPS Hide Login plugin, but the bug happens when WPS Hide Login is activated. For now the WPS Hide Login plugin is deactivated, so if you try to access the page in English, it will work.

Could you please check it out on your side and let me know how to fix it or if a future update is planned soon to fix this issue?

Thanks a lot for your help,
    Kind regards,
    Sophie

    Hello,

Thanks for using WPS Hide Login.

Is there any redirection rule set in WPML settings ?

Are your login and wp-admin pages excluded from cache ?

    Hello @seinomedia ,

There is no redirection rules in WPML settings and on the staging website there is no cache, but issue still there. I did not have any problem last month so it seems recent. What else can I check?

    Waiting for your news,
    Thanks for your help,
    Sophie

PS: Note that for now WPS Hide Login is deactivated as I am testing various updates so you will not face the bug if you check the page.

    Hello,

So I can’t reproducee the issue.

Did you contact WPML support ?

    Thread Starter sophie2e

    (@sophie2e)

Yes, WPML say to “contact WPS Hide Login as everything works fine when this specific plugin is deactivated. The error come from WPS Hide Login so they need to check their plugin.”

So what now? Does that mean that WPS Hide Login is not compatible with WPML? And if it is, how to solve it?

    Thanks for your help,
    Sophie

    Hello,

Did you try to purge your cache and/or regenerate permalinks ?

    Is WPML cache purged ?

Is the issue happenning without any WPML settings ?

Hello @seinomedia, oops my bad I thought I closed this ticket since. But no worries, the issue was not caused by WPS Hide My Login the end. WPS Hide My Login was just showing the error ?? But I got in touch with the plugin and it has been resolved in an update by the developers of the plugin causing the issue since, so all good ??

Wishing you a very good day,
    Sophie
