When adding more than one Supplier, product records no longer show any supplier

    My clients site went live yesterday with one supplier added to every product (3,200), today he has added 3 more supplier so he can assign some products to a different default supplier, however all products now show the ATUM logo only with ATUM filed displayed when hovering over the icon next to Supplier in the products inventory field. We have v1.4.12 of the ATUM plugin. Please advise what needs amending to allow us to view the original default supplier on most products but to add a different one for certain products that can only be obtained from a different one?

    Hi Pavel,

    We added one supplier as the primary then assigned them to all our products.

    Yesterday we added 2 more suppliers but the inventory tab switched to only showing just the ATUM icon, and no longer has a search field.

    Is this because your plugin is not quite ready for using multiple suppliers, if so we can delete the additional ones for now and manually amend purchase orders to them?

    I have tried to add a screen-shot but can’t on this reply or via email as a no-reply address…

    Hi Mick,

    One of the reasons we created ATUM forum was the ability to offer more in depth customer support.

    You can only have one supplier per product. This will always be the case for the free version. Find out more about the additional features that will get released soon in the link above.
