When Admin comments prevent email from sending to Admin

I currently have it enable so the owner and Admin receive an email when a comment has been submitted. However it would be helpful to prevent the Admin and Owner from receiving the comment email whenever that person comments. If you are the Owner or Admin it seems unnecessary to receive an email whenever they have commented. It only makes sense to receive the comment email if another user has commented. If you are able to change this I will happily donate!
